TOVA

Letters, one job a day, calm and notes. One app, one price.

Tova is one app for adults who find reading, planning and calm hard.

Built for ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety and depression. Built by someone who has them.

What it does

A letter, made plain

Photograph a letter or open a PDF. Tova reads it, scanned ones too, and gives it back in plain words. Read aloud if you want. Bigger text if you want.

The deadline, pulled out

If the letter has a date in it, it goes at the top in one clear line, and into your diary with one tap. It never guesses a date.

One job a day

Not a list. One thing. Tick it and it is gone. Anything else waits behind a single line until you want it.

Say it for me

The message you have been dreading. Pick who it is for, say roughly what you mean, and Tova writes it properly. Read it once, then send it.

Talk instead of typing

Hold the button, talk, let go. Tova writes it down, then can tidy it up: casual, formal or shorter. Copy it, send it, or save it.

Breathe, and stop the noise

A breathing circle, plus sound made on your phone: rain, ocean, leaves, bells, a singing bowl, and slow music that never repeats.

Think first, before you buy

A wait room with three questions and ten minutes. Then one question: still want it. It logs your answer and never scolds you.

Ten seconds a day

Sleep, tablets, mood. Three taps. Sleep is the headline, and two short nights in a row says: watch today. No diagnosis, ever.

A diary you can speak to

"Appointment on the 12th at four." That is it. Delete anything with one tap.

Two-minute things

Six small pieces of work you can do in a couple of minutes. Fixed words, fixed steps, and a way out at every step.

Hear when it launches

One email the day it is out. Not a newsletter. I will not share your address with anyone.

What Tova is not

Tova is a tool. It is not therapy, not a diagnosis and not a medical device. It does not give medical advice, and it never tells you what condition you have.

There is a permanent door to real help on the front screen: 999, Samaritans 116 123, NHS 111 option 2, Lifeline.

If you might be in danger now, call 999, or go to A&E.
Samaritans: 116 123. Free, any time.

Your data

There is no account and no login. What you write, say and save stays on your phone. There are three moments when something is sent to another company, only when you press a button, and they are set out in the privacy notice.

It is not out yet

Google makes new apps run a fortnight of testing with real people first. That is where Tova is now. When it opens, it will open here and on Instagram first.

Follow @tova_app and you will know the day it does.
